Proprioceptive Stimulation Eliminates Neck and Shoulder Tension and Severe Headaches

By reprogramming the tactile (touch) receptors in the bottom of the foot, the entire body shifts backwards and upwards.  Note the automatic shift in the head position after proprioceptive stimulation (see figure left).  A forward head position frequently results in neck tension and headaches.  By repositioning the head over the spine, these symptoms abate.
